Coccidia is EXTREMELY common! As long as your baby is eating and drinking normally, they will probably be just fine. Most adult dogs (and cats by the way) will have Coccidia cysts in their stool...and they show no symptoms because their immune system takes care of it.
And the shampoo will probably be fine to be honest. If you are able, maybe mix a borax solution and use that - my vet swore by the borax to get rid of it and for us I do believe it worked. But i'm sure the shampooing will be more than enough. |
