[Doodlebug]

#7 really hit me. I was at the vet yesterday and an emergency came in...a 200 pound dog had been overcome by heat and was brought in barely alive. I asked the owner how he was and he said he is hooked up to IV's and was not expected to make it. I felt so bad for this devastated family. I can't get the picture of that poor dog out of my mind. They just didn't realize that it was too hot for the dog to be out on a walk.
