 Pork is if Fatty or not?
Okay I am not talking about bacon, but the lean cuts of pork. It is not a meat I use for home cooking, but just the other day I cooked a pork tenderloin and it was delicious, and as far as I could tell very little fat.
I know that pork manufacturers claim their pork is very lean, but is there an independent body the reports on fat% in meats?
