Start over. He has way too much freedom if he is pooping all over your house. He needs to be in an expen or confined to a small area where you can watch him while he is learning. If you see him searching for a good spot let him know he is in the wrong place (I say uh uh) and tell him to do good potty or whatever your word is. When he gets it right give him a treat (piece of kibble)
My pup is 9 months old and finally has a schedule and more freedom. She will NOT poop on a pad she just peed on so I have to have 2 options for her. It's crazy but she will just not do it unless we are gone and she is stuck in her expen.
Oh well, a Yorkie is a Yorkie.
