my guys get that too! I wash their paws after their evening walks every night, along w/their privates. Weekly bath, sometimes I stretch it to 10 days if bz, but by the 2nd week, they start to stink! I'll wash their beards/ mouths every 3-4 days bc it gets dirty from eating & drooling (mostly Momo).
