I believe she thinks she is protecting you. I am surprised she does not do this at home as well. Maybe you can work with a coworker who is a friend where they knock at the door and come in while you block her from charging the door by picking her up and letting her know you are in charge and it is okay for her to relax. As you consistently repeat this she will feel more at ease knowing you are in charge and she does not have to be the guard dog? I am trying to get Buster to not get so worked up when people are outside our front door.
