Hubby suggested we keep her on the diet she is on currently: Hills Ideal Balance Puppy + chicken peices for treats/training and I plan on also introducing boiled beef for treats as well as veggies. Is this ok? I keep kibble out for her all day - I know the meds she is on for Coccidia make her belly not as hungry so I want her to eat as much as she wants if she wants it. I also figure the fresh chicken and beef and veggies are a better training/treat alternative? |
Of course just make sure it's lean beef.
