If you are purposefully breeding for small pups it's to make more money therefor that makes you a bad breeder. A reputable breeder breeds to better the breed not make a living. A reputable breeder also does health testing and everything they can to make sure there pups have the best chance at being healthy. What's the dilio with you? Why do you seem so angry or upset?
