I adopted my lil boy he was 2 1/2 y/o I have him 9 months now. He would get car sick, so he only went in the car for vet visits. I bought a booster seat in June, strap goes overhead rest, another strap goes around the back of the seat. The seat is suspended OFF the passenger seat. NO MORE CAR SICKNESS, he sits in his booster seat like a king on his throne. He can see out of the windows, now when I tell him he is going bye-bye in the car, he runs to where his harness is kept instead of running under the bed.
Name of booster seat purchased at Pet supplies….
Tagalong Pet Booster Seat…large size holds up to 18 Lb dog. Basket dimensions: 16” W x 14”D x 8” H Cody weighs 12 lbs. he has enough room to sleep in this size seat. I am attaching a pic of Cody in the booster seat. (What you see under the booster seat is Cody's "stuff" bag it is not touching the seat at all) Have a great vacation. Good luck on your trip
