Hi Guys,

I am planning to potty train my puppy to go outside but I live in an apartment building so I don't have a private backyard. Since she won't have all her shots until she's 4 months, should I not take her outside and just train her to potty indoors?

I feel it is important for a puppy to go outside but I don't want to risk her health either.
