Bogie has always coughed when walking on harness. I never thought anything about it. Our vet heard him a couple of weeks ago when we were in for annual checkups. He did the manual manipulation to test his trachea. I haven't had hi. Scoped at this point I'm not going to. It won't fix it and it won't change his prognosis. It will only tell how bad it is.
We adopted bogie when he was 7 months old. Our vet said its most likely he was born with it and it was nothing we did wrong. We've never used a collar on him when walking or don't anything that would cause damage.
