I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this. If people didn't buy them, then people wouldn't breed them, supply and demand. So yes, buying a "teacup" should be frowned upon for this reason. There is nothing wrong with trying to educate people on the risks of buying these small dogs and keeping them from supporting these bad breeders. Unfortunately, the demand will probably always be there.
