I remember the first time I even heard the term "teacup". When people like Paris Hilton would carry her little Chihuahua around as an accessory. That horrible "fad" seemed to really take off and unfortunately hasn't died off. Dogs are pets, not accessories. A 7 pound yorkie can be just as cute as a 3 pound yorkie!
