I absolutely agree, in the video as he was hoisting this poor dog, he kept looking from side to side to see if anyone was watching, he knew what he was doing was wrong, he must have been caught doing this before the way he kept looking side to side, then the kid looked behind him and saw he was seen and being taped, then he stopped and got on the swing and acted like he was an angel just swinging away. This poor dog looked like he was use to this because he never fraught it off, he just hung there like a rag dog. I have to assume the person that was taping this did something about it, seems like this neighbor must have seen this many times and decided to document it. If this kid could be so mean at this age, what will he be like when he is 15, 18 y/o?
