No, I really don't think kibble has anything to do w/ CT. Many dogs 'inhale' the majority of their kibble, not even chewing it at all - just swallowing it whole, so this isn't unusual and it shouldn't damage anything. Nothing you did or fed made anything worse for your beloved kiddo
