In dog bite injuries, what you see is only the tip of the iceberg. They won't know how invasive this is until they are in there, but they have a feeling it will be pretty severe. So, she will more than likely have open wounds that will be packed and cleaned daily until the infection is clear and there is enough skin to close them up. This is exactly what Summer went through. This is going to be a long haul, but it looks more promising. I will update tomorrow when I know more.

Oh wow...this sounds a little bit more promising for Lily Rose. I know she has a ways to go and I hope they don't find anything else wrong with her. I am praying for her and for her to recover quickly so she can go to a loving and safe home. Thanks for updating us!
