First this conversation needs to be had with your vet, as well as an on line discussion forum.
Some gentle questioning of your vet along the lines of their experience with small toy dogs, the anaesthesia protocol they use. What are the nature and types of the complications that they see after surgery? How would this vet safe-guard the trachea during anaesthesia especially if your dog has CT?

Usually for most breeds (but not all), neutering a male is done for ease of ownership issues. That would include marking in the house certainly common for male Yorkies that are not neutered. Testicular cancer obviously can't happen if a male is neutered although the risks of this type of cancer are very low.
If you own an un-neutered male, there is an increased risk of roaming behaviour, but just as important you need to safe-guard your dog from un-intended breedings, and if this does happen you are at least morally 50% responsible for any ensuing litter, and its' associated costs.
Owning any dog is a big responsibility, only an intact dog is an even larger one.
