Huey, you are too adorable to bite your mom!
My boys are not always thrilled to have their faces combed. I remember Donna said of her grand champion boy Radar that he doesn't *love* to have his mustache combed. That made me feel so much better.
I also know what you mean about jerking away. Max is worse about this, but he has learned "don't pull." I have to be really careful with Teddy that I don't get his whiskers caught in the comb. Ouch!
What kind of tool do you use on his face/beard?
