Gizmo was back to his old self on Sunday morning, but still not drinking a lot of water. He didn't seem to be in any pain.
I was able to give him his medication in the morning and afternoon, but he was not having any of it last night and this morning. I tried everything.
When I actually got down his throat, so I thought, he just sat there looking down and I said "All gone" and he shook his head so hard the dang pill went flying... ugh!
I call the vet this morning and they said it was okay if he went without as long as he wasn't in pain. He hasn't whimpered at all and is chewing on his soft, very soft chew toy with no issues.
