Well for the moment Tilly is getting through Coccidia, so she won't be going outside untul that is done with at least. She will he going in for her next round of shots soon + a fecal to see if the Coccidia is moving on and i'm going to ask the vet when I can take her on walks then. I do think that for a bit I will carry her mostly though when outside, until i'm comfortable with her being in the grass where I live. There are a lot of dogs in my community and it makes me nervous...what if she gets Coccidia again or Giardia? Eeeeep it freaks me out but I know it is something i'll get over once she is a little older (and better at hitting the potty pad).
As for places like Petsmart or dog parks.....we won't ever go to a dog park...for multiple reasons. And when we go to Petsmart i will probably keep her in the cart. Mostly because I don't trust people and can see her getting stepped on. |
