It's just AWFUL. Like the Animal Control officer said in the story, you HAVE to watch your dogs. It's a miracle he survived and was found, but his recovery will be long, painful and I can hardly wrap my mind around how horribly he suffered. I hope they place him in a wonderful home once he's recovered. |
