This may very well be of no concern. I cannot count the number of times a pup of mine has had a slightly elevated enzyme that meant absolutely nothing...it is not a given that there is a liver problem. Not to minimize this OR to suggest nothing is wrong, but it really is not that high. What did your vet say about it?? I see that you said a slight mention of liver shunt was mentioned....was there something going on with your pup? Was this blood work done because of that...or was it routine?

I personally would not worry about it a lot until I have spoken at length with my vet. Looking online can sometimes frighten people because mostly lay people are just speculating.

That said, I am happy that you found YT as there is a lot of great yorkie information here and a great community. Welcome.
