My yorkie has an elevated ALT level of 170 discovered by a routine blood test before neutering...he had an elevated level once before, was given supplement & antibiotic and it returned to normal. This time my vet is recommending we do an ultrasound (having it done Sept. 5) I am so concerned? Advice? Comfort or concerns? Thanks in advance for any help!!!
