Teri....I use the CET petite size for Remy because he can get a good grip on them. They are about 1 inch wide and 5 inches long. I always supervise hime when he's eating them and when it gets small I throw it away. It takes him a week or longer for just one chew. He has never even come close to choking. He's only 2 lbs 5 ounces and the other sizes are just to big for him.
