I think they are getting bombarded with calls. Lauren my DIL finally got through and she talked to the lady Anna too. She asked why they didn't check out the contestants before voting began and why they didn't pull WT Southerland from the voting processs.
Anna told her it wasn't caught until after voting was over..Lauren politely told her sounds like someone dropped the ball. She also told her to be fair they should have decided from the remaining true contestants in the top 4. It wasn't fair to anyone who was in the true top 5.
