If clipper blades are dull, it can cause split ends. Did you tell your groomer? She needs to have her blades sharpened.

Just FYI, CC Ice on Ice is a silicone product. It coats the hair & moisture can't get in = dull hair over time. Use a clarifying shampoo once a month or whenever you think it needs some good cleaning from build up by styling products.

Oh & another thing, there's a saying: never brush wet or dry hair.
A light spritzing of a good conditioning spray b4 brushing is best, to prevent hair breakage.
