 What to do?
Every day I see this little tan dog that's 8-10lbs walking around in the neighborhood. At first I thought it was a stray until I say this man calling the dog. My problem is this dog is not being properly cared for. Although he doesn't seem starving, his/her coat is overgrown. The dog have these huge clumps of matted hair hanging from his but and the hair on his face is so long I don't see how he can see where he's going. I feel so sorry for this pup. What should I do that's not illegal to help this dog? |
