You definitely should not be giving her hot dogs. What dry food have you tried giving her? How much does she weigh? How old was she when you got her? What food was she weaned on?
It is important to get her on a good healthy diet. Some pups like dry food while others like the food soaked. You should leave some dry food out for her but also offer her some food that is softened. Perhaps a small amount of boiled chicken mixed in.
It is important to know that she does not have any health issues that are making her not want to eat. Make sure you have her checked out by the vet.
