Start with a good quality puppy food, a small kibble, try moistening it a little with warm water or topping it with a little bit of finely diced boiled chicken (you can use the broth from that to moisten). A little topper of enticing goodies can get them started. Another thing you can try is a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese.... the smell is appetizing to them.
