We are using Royal Canin for little Bella, without water and she seems to be fine. It was recommended to us by the Vet. She had the same problem... eating her poop! I was just as worried as you are, but it seemed to pass very quickly. I wouldn't stress to much about the poop eating, as previously said, it is quite common and will soon pass. So glad you decided to love and protect her, that's all she really needs.
