Turbo & Mimi lets me trim their nails but Momo & Princess acts like I'm going to kill them! I have to wrap them tightly (for their safety) in a towel, make a Yorkie burrito & trim their nails. Bc they hate it so much, I don't trim their nails as often as I should. They both lost a whole nail b4, so it's even harder.
Momo's dew claw got snagged somewhere & the whole nail got torn off, blood everywhere but it grew back! I nudged Princess off the stairs by accident
& she was trying to get a grip & her nail came off from the bone, blood everywhere, her nail miraculously grew back. So you can imagine the freak out whenever it's time to trim nails.
Some groomers cut just the nails for $5+. Just ask around.
