Sorry Kay Miller for the late response. I give them nutiva organic coconut oil that I purchased from gnc. You can give them any organic coconut oil. I give about a teaspoon to Jasmin she is 8lbs. Ninja gets a little less about half a teaspoon only because he is new to this. For the apple cider vinegar, I use Braggs. I just put two drops into their water for the day. I also give them distilled water. This has helped Jasmin with her eye boogers. I am hoping this will help Ninja as well. I hope this helps you with your little baby.
