I got her from another breeder who had used my male. Both parents had silky coats but the grandfather had a cottony coat. She was the darkest yorkie I have had. I was new to showing yorkies at the time and still had so much to learn about yorkie coats and coloring. I tried showing her but it turned out that she was soft coated and her head was not going to clear. I sold her as a pet to a wonderful home that cherished her. I am sure you will love your new baby boy regardless of what color he turns out to be. I have attached a picture of the dark girl that I had. She was 7 months old in this picture.
