To me, this poo looks too grainy and mushy. This could be due to the food you're feeding (did you switch or anything? any new treats?), something she ingested by mistake - irritating the GI tract, and/or due to a parasite. When she goes in the morning, put a small sample in a plastic baggie and double bag it - and bring that into the vet for a sample. You're correct in that this poo isn't quite normal - it should be firmer and more formed / harder...so something is off here.
