Poop eating is something most dogs engage in at some time or another. Just show your intense displeasure when you find her doing it or find poop on her muzzle and remove her poop the moment it comes out of her when you are around at the time of her pottying. Most dogs soon learn we won't get close to them or kiss or cuddle with them for a long, long time after seeing any evidence of poop-eating and they soon learn our reactions are very unpleasant and long-lasting so mine have always moved on after a few weeks of poop-eating.
