These are not reputable breeders in my opinion. The first one lets pups go before 12 weeks and yes a few weeks does make a difference. They also over vaccinate there puppies. I also noticed at the top of there website it says teacup yorkies and no reputable breeder wants to be associated with that word. The second one it sounds like let's the puppies go at 8 weeks. She is also breeding females under 5 pounds. Also at that price there is no way she is doing all the right health testing.
