Yes I boil and rinse it several times before giving it to them. As I said before we dont eat alot of red meat but when we do I only buy 95% lean and I boil it and rinse for my furbabies. I mostly have chicken, baked, no skin and I usually boil their share of chicken if I chose to give them any. Its only a treat now and again
