Does anybody have tips for me to keep him calm

When Lexi got spayed we were told not to let her do any jumping because when they jump their skin pulls or stretches which could pull on the incision area. I think we were also told light to moderate activity, but that is hard for a very active puppy. She was back to wanting to run and play by the middle of the next day. She probably ran around more that she should have, but 2 weeks is a long time to keep a yorkie puppy "calm". And Lexi's incision healed just fine. Just make sure he doesn't bite or lick the stitches.
