They have the breakaway collars, many members use them. My cody is a big boy, 12 lbs. He's 1/2 frog, jumps on everything, even jumps on the bed trying to jump up to attack the ceiling fan (iyiyi), there is nothing in the house he can get caught on, back yard is also safe. But I can understand ppl not leaving collars on. I have had pups for 32 + years, all babies always wore their collars, if I would take it off I would forget to put it back on. Bath time I hang it on the screen door to remind me to put it on before he goes out lol.
