Yorkies are notoriously difficult to hime train. I don't think you will receive the answer that you are currently looking for....that neutering your boy will somehow magically and immediately stop the marking. My respost to you is this, if you are not willing to start with several step in trying to in the very least reduce the marking issue then you need to consider rehoming him.

1. Clean all areas tgat he has marked with an enzymatic cleaner to eliminate his marked territory.
2. Neuter him ASAP
3. Belly bands until fully retrained
4. Limiting his freedom indoors until fully outdoor trained.

If you are not committed to all of the above 100% truthfully your issues will continue.

I quickly looked back on your previous posts and back in January you posted about double teeth. If you would have neutered at that time his teeth issues would have been addressed as well. My suggestion is a vet visit to schedule a dental along with a neuter appointment is well over due. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...any-teeth.html
