I'm confused. I don't think you deworm unless the dog has worms. You would need a fecal sample/test done to find this out. Heartworm medication should be given monthly (i.e. Heartguard Plus).

IMO bloodwork should be done yearly, as well as a heartworm/lyme test, and a general check-up. Dentals as needed.

At 9 1/2 months old, no vaccines should be due quite yet if he had them at 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, etc. Then usually at one year old they booster for the DHP and rabies. Following thereafter, the current protocol is typically every 3 years thereafter. But most research and evidence points to 5-7+ years.
