Hi and welcome to YT!! Once mine had 3 sets of shots, I would be okay w/ letting them go outside on my property. I wouldn't really take them to public places outdoors bc of the chance of other dogs. As far as walks...it's possible, but I'd be very, very careful and I'm not sure it's the safest thing to do until she has more shots on board.
