Pico is just a little baby himself, so happy that he now has a play mate, not realizing Camilla is just a baby. I would also be concerned about her personality changing to fear, and I wouldn't want that to happen to my puppies. Maybe obedience school would help Pico. At one time I had 3 yorkies, but they were all 3 years apart, the older ones were afraid of the puppy because of all the bouncing she would do to them when all were on the floor together, so the 2 older ones stayed on the sofa away from the puppy, until the puppy got big enough to jump on and off the sofa. My 3 y/o got along better then the 6 y/o with the puppy because the 3 y/o liked to play rough. I don't think Pico is trying to be the dominant one, maybe a bit bossy, I don't think it's jealousy, he would fight with her more then play with her. IMO he is older, has lots of energy and just a rough boy, if your lil girl was older she could give back what she gets. Others will be along that have more experience with bringing in a new baby with a under 2 y/o rough fur child. Sorry I couldn't be more help, I am thinking obedience school for Pico and you would be a good choice, we first have to be trained before we can properly train our fur kids. Good luck.
