Puppies' digestive systems are not fully developed & switching food on them is very dangerous. A simple thing as a food switch can cause bloody runny stools, aka colitis caused by stress or diet. A good breeder should've advised the new puppy owner of this, it should've been in her contract. She's much too young to switch food on her right now.

Let her eat the purina & when she gets to be a couple more months older, then slowly switch her food. She's eating it fine, so I wouldn't be too concerned even tho it's not the best quality food, just let her eat it.
How sad the "breeder" did not assume her responsibility to get her litter of puppies raised to an acceptable age to send to new homes....Arkansas has no guidlines for people to follow when selling puppies, so they frequently will dump babies on new owners, She hopefully had all the knowledge and expertise and knowhow to get those babies up to a safe age to send to new homes. At 7 weeks of age, they have had no vaccinations, and if they were given vaccinations, they are ineffective. As for feeding, please dont take the only thing this baby has left of its start in life...leave the baby on the food the breeder had the baby on....I would leave the baby on that until it is at least 6-8 months old before you start changing food around...this baby is not even properly, completely weaned yet.....and it is way too young to be worried about confusing the issue and digestive tract with changes in food. Their little systems can not handle it.
