To me, it kind of sounds more like kennel cough. Is this is a puppy, first of all? If yes, I'd then lean toward kennel cough also. Did she recently have the bordatella vaccine...bc that can actually cause kennel cough. If this is a puppy and you suspect KC, you do want to get her to the vet for meds bc KC can progress to pneumonia in puppies and get very serious.
