This poor little girl - sounds like she's had an awful time of it. That really sounds like a rough intubation she has every time, with her voice destroyed and her throat so sore. Wonder if she has an extra small larynx or a deformity in it or something? Maybe they can use an even smaller tube next time she's anesthetized or go slower on the intubation or something. I'd be sure to discuss it with her next surgeon prior to the case. I pray that every hour she feels better and better. Her throat sounds so raw and sore. Poor baby!
