If food is the issue, have you considered home cooking? My Rosie has a bad tummy. We have vomiting and diarrhea with foods other than home cooking and Science Diet I/D which my vet recommended. I used petdiets.com to get my recipe from Dr Remillard and I use Balanceit as a supplement. I also use the I/D. She does much better since we can control her issues with diet most of the time.
