Good grief, if it isn't one thing, it's two! No time like a double-hurricane to have a plumbing leak! You poor thing. How are the babies handling all the rain and wind? I hope they aren't scared but just hunkering down and sleeping like Tibbe mostly does when it rains and storms. Once in a while he'll bark at or get aroused by thunder but mostly he sleeps in.
