The pups are so funny. They can't figure out why I have the cushions from patio furniture stacked in the living room. Kayla is enjoying it and thinks it's her new bed, up on top. Tiki sees the pool floating lounge that she enjoys, now in the living room and looks at me like "are we going to float?".
They all have their collars with ID on, so they assume we are going for a walk. I don't have crates, but have soft sided Sherpa carriers ready in the car, as they are required if we go to a shelter.
I think we will be ok, but have to say it kinda scares the heck out of me hearing all the warning reports on tv. I know I'm as prepared as I can be, and will trust in God to make it all ok. We are fortunate to have plenty of warning, unlike so many who are hit by tornadoes. |
