Question Baby Elphie has been sick.....Getting back on puppy food?

Got my supposed 12 week old puppy about 3 weeks ago. She was fine til a few days ago and started noticing blood and mucous in her stool. She then became lethargic and went off her food. I took her to the vet who confirmed that from the breeders records she was born on May 15th, making her about 11 weeks old now. He checked her temp it was normal, heart rate was normal, he wasn't able to get a sufficient stool sample but what he was able to check was mostly mucous and he didn't see any worms, etc.. Because the symptoms and the unreliable sample he decided to treat her for coccidia. Gave her Albon to be administered orally for 5 days and also Panicure for 3 days. By that night she was feeling better but I've only been feeding her cooked chicken and rice since that day. Before I'd been feeding Eukaneuba wet food. The breeder told me to get the Eukaneuba dry food instead of wet and ease her onto it. When I went to Petsmart I talked to the Banfield vet who advised me to use Royal Canin dry food specifically for yorkie puppies. I mixed about 25% of that to the chicken/rice I've been feeding her and she ate some of it. So far so good I think. Oh, I should also mention that she's having hypoglycemia and I have to give her a bit of nutria or honey a couple times a day. My question is if the royal Canin food is a good quality food for her? She's less than a pound. The breeder called her a "Fairytale" yorkie and out of her adults are 3-4 lbs. I'm learning this can lead to increased medical issues. This is my first time as a yorkie mama so I'm trying to do what's best for little Miss Elphie.
